Damaged/incorrect items 

While I make every effort to securely pack your pottery order, shipping mishaps do occur from time to time. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
