Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. During my active show season, processing may take up to 7–10 business days. If your order will be significantly delayed, I'll reach out to let you know.

I ship via USPS for most orders. Packages weighing 10 pounds or more may be shipped via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout. 

Every piece of pottery is carefully wrapped in multiple layers of protective packing material and double-boxed with plenty of cushioning. I take great care to ensure your order arrives safely — because I know how much it matters.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
